An arcade-ish platform game, in which you take control of a little guy with a sword and some shurikens (other stuff can be picked up along the way). You're wife has been kidnapped (although unoriginal, it does seem to be tongue-in-cheek, which makes it a little more forgivable). You must defeat hordes of ninjas, minions and various bosses to get her back. The game plays in a similar vein to Dath Lupi's Legend of Shadow remake with a few RPG elements thrown in. Very solid.
