About Planet Freeplay
Planet Freeplay started life as a freeware games' website. Being the huge videogaming fan that I am, after a year or so, I decided to expand it to include free online games. Both communities differ on various levels and do not tend to associate with one another. Online games are looked down on for being too simple. Freeware games are ignored because they have to be downloaded. However, I feel that both communities provide a great deal of quality releases (and a hell of a lot of crap). You will not find any demos, shareware or 'try before you buy' games here - just pure, free gaming fun from start to finish.
This site is very much still a work in progress. It has been through numerous versions. We really hope you enjoy seeing this site grow and develop. Enjoy!
